How many crews do you staff at one time?
To ensure the efficiency and productivity of our performance at several active projects at the same time, we consistently staff 3-4 crews. Each crew consists of 1 lead carpenter and 2-3 skilled workers.
How far out are you scheduling projects?
Scheduling your project is dependent on the scope of work as well as the lead times on necessary materials. On larger projects, such as new constructions, full home renovations, kitchens, and bathroom remodels, it can take our team 1-2 months to perform all essential tasks prior to scheduling your project. This includes coming out to meet with you on site, providing you with the general scope estimate, and supplying you with the specifications and design for your project. On smaller projects, such as repairs and deck builds, this process can take about 1/4 of the time. Once we receive a signed contract, we can usually get started within 30-45 days with some smaller projects being able to get started within 2 weeks.
