Initial Inquiry

During your initial inquiry, we will gather information about you and your project. We will also be able to answer any general questions you may have about our process and the next steps moving forward.


Phone Consultation

All of your information is sent to our sales team who will then reach out to you for a consultation. At this time, we will discuss the details of your plans, establish a budget with you, and schedule a time to come out to look at your project.


Site visit

During the scheduled site visit, we will discuss your vision and go over some preliminary details. We will also take photos of the space, take any preliminary measurements, and discuss the process and expectations moving forward.


General Scope Estimate

Based on the information gathered during the site visit, we will create an initial estimate including a general scope of work and an anticipated budget. Once you have agreed to this estimate we will begin working to fulfill the next step in our process which is building your project specifications and finalizing your design.


Specifications and Design

After reviewing the general estimate and agreeing upon the scope of work and preliminary budget, we will begin to detail out the specifics of each task involved in the project as well as create design concepts.


Contract and Scheduling

Once we come to terms on the details, pricing, and design, we will establish a contract for your project. This contract will house all necessary information such as your total cost, payment schedule, warranty information, and more. Once the contract is signed, we will send you a deposit invoice to be paid prior to scheduling your project. Upon receiving the deposit, we will order all necessary materials and begin the scheduling process.


Start Date Arrival

On your start date, one of our crews will arrive to your space between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (unless an earlier or later start time has been communicated with you). Each crew assigned to your project has been through your specifications and designs prior to starting your project to ensure a productive start to making your vision come to life.
