Whether you're looking for commercial or residential remodeling, renovations, or new construction services, the talented team at Cascio & Sons Construction goes the extra mile to connect with each client and understand their home or business construction wants and needs.
President
Bill Cascio founded Cascio Construction in 1994 and later became a co-owner of Cascio & Sons Construction with his son, Joe Cascio. Professionally, Bill has always had a passion for craftsmanship, creating beautiful spaces, building sustainable relationships with his clients, and supporting his surrounding community. His career in construction began in his home state of New York. He has since then resided in Amherst, Virginia for 26 years now, and his love for the field has been unwavering. Though his role in the company primarily calls for office time, it is not uncommon to find Bill in the field swinging a hammer, framing a roof, or lending a hand to the team because it still sparks his joy. Personally, Bill and his wife, Patti, have a tight-knit family consisting of their four children and five grandchildren. In his well-earned free time, Bill loves traveling, going fishing on his boat, spending time with his family and friends, and spoiling his dog, Dolce.
Vice President and Director of Sales
Joe Cascio became co-owner of Cascio & Sons Construction in 2014 but his interest and involvement in the company started when he was only seven years old. Swinging a hammer alongside his Dad at such a young age has developed into an unwavering passion for the business and the construction industry itself. From cleaning up job sites and lending a hand wherever he could as a child to being the head estimator, contractor, and integrator of the company, Joe has worked to expand his family business and propel its presence in the community. Wearing many hats within the company keeps Joe busy; however, he cultivates a strong and supportive culture within the organization’s teams, as well as tending to the needs and relationships of his clients. Personally, Joe and his wife, Ashleigh, have three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with his friends at the river, and riding trails.
Director of Operations
John became an essential team player for Cascio & Sons Construction in 2009 as a lead carpenter and later came to fulfill his current role as the Director of Operations. As a problem-solving, go-to point of contact for our crews, clients, subcontractors, and office teams, John monitors the status of all active projects and ensures the productivity and efficiency of all day-to-day tasks. Personally, John and his wife, Rebekah, have two children, one of whom also works for the company, and two fur children. When he’s not driving to and from job sites or in the office managing projects, he enjoys riding trails with friends, camping, and working outside on his land.
